Lovely 5 bedroom river club home sits on the river bank. The River Club is a secure complex within close proximity to Robberg and Central Beach ± 800m.

The downstairs area is an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Both the lounge and dining room open out onto a patio and garden that face the river bank. The garden is not enclosed. Fire place in the lounge.

The 1st bedroom offers a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd a bunk bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower, bath & basin. Separate toilet.

Upstairs are two master suites, both with king beds and full en-suite bathrooms. They are also both equipped with a bar fridge and coffee station. These rooms share a balcony with outside patio furniture. Each of these two bedrooms has their own TV and DSTV decoders as well as Wifi.

Two sets of linen for all beds and bath towels are provided please bring your own beach towels. DSTV decoder and smart card provided. Uncapped Wifi.

Patricia is to be employed three days a week @ R350 per day.

Tenants of the River Club are invited to please make use of the complexes amenities. At the entrance of the complex you can find a swimming pool, two tennis courts and two squash courts
