Whale Rock Ridge is a secure estate within close proximity to the Robberg Nature Reserve and walking distance to the Wreck Beach.

This home is divided in two levels, with the living area downstairs and four en-suite bedrooms upstairs. There is a fifth en-suite bedroom off the kitchen with a single bed, shower, toilet and basin. An outdoor shower is also to be found at the back of the house.

The downstairs open plan living area has two lounge areas with a TV, surround sound, two fireplaces, a dining area with a 10 seater dining table, and a large kitchen with two ovens, a gas hob, microwave and two integrated fridge/freezers. The downstairs area opens out onto a well-kept, indigenous garden.

Behind the kitchen is a large walk-in pantry with an extra fridge/freezer with an ice-maker. The separate scullery is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The lounge and dining room open out onto a large wooden deck with an outside dining area, 4-seater champagne bar, comfortable couches and sun loungers. The swimming pool has a safety cover (if required) and the garden offers breath-taking, uninterrupted views across the bay towards the Tsitsikamma Mountains. There is a protected boma area off the dining room with built-in seating and the option of the use of two portable braais.

Three of the upstairs bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted views of the bay and mountains. The spacious main bedroom has an extra length king bed and the en-suite bathroom has a double shower, free-standing bath and separate loo. The guest bedroom is private with a full, en-suite bathroom and king bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer an en-suite shower and toilet, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed that can be converted into two singles.
