This upmarket and secure 4 bedroom family holiday apartment at The Dunes, is perfectly positioned a mere 100m from Robberg’s renowned Sanctuary Beach.

The 1st floor consists of an open plan, split level lounge, guest bathroom, dining room and kitchen. The spacious lounge offers a television, bar fridge and gas fireplace, with double glazed stacking doors opening onto a wooden deck with chic patio furnishings to soak up the sun, hold family barbeques and enjoy sundowners whilst taking in scenic views of the Robberg Peninsula.
The upmarket kitchen and scullery area is fully equipped including various Siemens integrated appliances and a premium “easy to use” coffee machine for those aspiring barristers. There is a study area and second TV room or pyjama lounge located just off the dining room on the second level, where you can happily “tuck away” the kids or your sport-loving spouse.

The 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms are all located on the top floor with 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). Drift off to sleep and wake to the relaxing sound of the ocean in the two front facing bedrooms which both have superb panoramic ocean views. The 1st bedroom is comfortably fitted with a queen sized bed whilst the master suite has a king sized bed, television and fire place for those cooler “cosy” evenings, together with sliding doors opening onto a small balcony and a luxurious his and hers open plan bathroom. There are two single beds in the 3rd bedroom and the 4th bedroom offers a queen sized bed, a stylish en suite bathroom with shower and opens onto a garden patio. The 1st and 3rd bedrooms both share a spacious modern bathroom with shower, toilet and large double basin.

Two sets of linen for all beds and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. For those long, lazy days on the beach the unit also provides beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler box. Wi-Fi and DSTV decoder including smart card are also supplied.
